Palio support.

For app questions, bugs, purchase access or privacy requests, email [email protected]. Please include your app version, device and a short description. Avoid sending sensitive recovery photos or passwords by email.

Purchases and subscriptions

Try Restore Purchases in Palio using the Apple account that made the purchase. Manage or cancel recurring subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Apple handles refund requests through Report a Problem.

Delete your account

In Palio, open More → Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, email us from your account’s email address so we can help verify your request. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Photos on other devices, original photos and old backups need separate removal.

AI and privacy

The upcoming 1.2 release adds an explicit AI-sharing choice and an on-device photo journal. You can use tracking without enabling AI. See the Privacy Policy for the release’s data practices. Feature availability depends on your installed version.
